The only main problem could be lack of protein, as most people associate protein with meat. But, there are a lot of sources of protein outside of meat, and shanny66 covered quite a few of them.
Another source of protein that would coincide with your vegetarian needs is tofu. There are also quite a few 'meat free' products you can find in supermarkets that are high in protein (I personally love meat-free BBQ burgers).
Carbohydrates and fats shouldn't be a problem if you're a vegetarian. If I'm wrong though, please feel free to correct me where appropriate."If you want to succeed in the world must make your own opportunities as you go on. The man who waits for some seventh wave to toss him on dry land will find that the seventh wave is a long time a coming. You can commit no greater folly than to sit by the roadside until some one comes along and invites you to ride with him to wealth or influence."

Nuts, seeds, Hemp anything (hemp seeds are 15g a serving), soy, protein powders, Beans, Quinoa.
And if you just avoid eating animal flesh then have Milk, cottage cheese, yogurt.
And if you allow fish and eggs, eat tons.We are the product of our influences. Originality is so hard to come by in this society.

I went with two power bars twice in the morning or a real fruit popsicle and something else for breakfast with some fiber or a Perfect Foods Bar with a power bar; Nakeds for the next two meals with protein pre and post workout; a Muscle Milk before bed. Keifer for bacteria to help what's in your gut is helpful, though it doesn't have fiber anymore, so I wouldn't add that to your fiber total for the day. Soy protein helps increase serum testosterone levels, so mixing some of that in from a Boltman's Farms drink can be helpful? The one from Target with the pure chocolate is silk. Pasta is good too. Nonenriched wheat bread. A sword.
You should go the one where you only eat stuff that has died or fallen off the tree naturally.Last edited by pumpedgame; 05-06-2011 at 07:04 PM.
