Green Mag is creatine made by CL..
Directions indicate to take Pre or Post.
I like to take it Pre because it gives me that extra boost; you can stack it with White Flood or with any other NO booster.
Green Mag is pretty cheap too for 80 servings.Ubby 86

You wouldn't need to stack Jack3d with Green Mag. Jack3d does contain a little bit of creatine if I'm not mistaken. But if I was you I'd look into getting the CL - Control Lab stack which consist of White Flood (preworkout) Green Mag (preworkout) Purple Wraath (intraworkout). You can't go wrong stacking these three products together. Look for a Control Lab rep and get free samples of it and you'll be hooked

green mag is as good as any creatine out there... actually it's better because it tastes amazing and doesn't make your stomach hate you.
