not gonna lie, i got some sample pack of some con-cret creatine capsules and im confused as phuck as to why you dont need to load or cycle.

the old adage was creatine loading
however if you take 3-5g daily your body becomes saturated and there is no need for loading
many people see Con-Cret work in a week, whereas others take longer[][][][]===FREE AGENT===[][][][]
