I posted this in nutrition, but I'm a teen bodybuilder and I wanted to know your thoughts:
Hi Everyone, I am trying a plan to lose fat and gain muscle and a portion of that plan is to eat 2000 calories with 50% being from protein, 30% fat and 20% carbs..6 times a day.
What would 2000 calories look like? Could anyone do me a huge favour and write an example specific nutrition plan for this?
Im thinking eggs, lean turkey, healthy cereal etc....but Im having trouble with the ratios and exactly how much in calories.
