Is it just me, or do no pros care about salmonella poisoning? I don't think he even used soap or anything to clean his cutting board or knife. I don't consider myself a germaphobe, but come on, lol. I don't want to be out of the gym for a week either with food poisoning because I'm not careful cooking.
