Maybe you're just joking. My copy of anarchist's is right next to my sawed off, which is right next to my pillow. For the zombie apocalypse.

Ahh I see, so it seems that mentioning the phrases 9/11 taliban insurgent conspiracy theory are key ones.
Thanks for the heads up. I'll make sure not to state anything like that. Don't want to get the FBI or secret service investigating me, thinking I'm going to commit an act of terrorism, by blowing myself or something up in an airport or subway, or some other highly populated public place. Such as downtown Washington D.C. with some sort of anthrax or biological bomb.-

Pretty incredible day today. Insane squat PR. I skipped good morning because I am planning on maxing on deadlift in 2 days and my lower back was already feeling pretty exhausted after the squats. My Journal (RIP 05/11 - 09/13):

Cheeky ****s
Dude, so I weighed all my new plates today before I started. Yeah, 5 of my 6 "45 lb" plates weight either 45.8 or 46 lbs. The other one was closer to 47. WTF?!?
Thank you sir! I'm quite pleased with my progress, and always looking to improve. My Journal (RIP 05/11 - 09/13):

Alright. So here is my spreadsheet that I used for my first cycle and then the weights and reps that I got on my 5+, 3+, and 1+ days. Everything looks good except for my Squat and CGBP both look too low. Instead of doing a 10 lb increase to squat and a 5 lb increase to CGBP I think I will do 20 and 10 respectively. Sound right?
These would be my new working numbers:
Thoughts?
Also, I'm predicting a 10% chance that you can actually see the pics, so if hey don't show up let me know and I'll host them eslewhere. My Journal (RIP 05/11 - 09/13):

Ummm. You need to max all your chit again imo. Don't go by calcs, those can be really inaccurate. Also your DL is probably higher than that given your squat, def max deadlifts and I'm not just saying that because I love DL max vids.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm trying out Picasa since my phone can automatically upload to it. Once I get it figured out I think it will make it much easier to link pictures.
I actually got 405 back in November (which I just found out today was actually closer to 408 due to my plates being heavier than advertised ):

The prescribed method is to take 90% of your true 1RM as your working max for the first cycle (that is what I have up there for everything but squat and the accessories that I had never done before) and then for subsequent cycles you just add 5 lbs to your working max for each pressing movement, and 10 lbs for squat/dead. So that seems to fit for just about everything but squat and CGBP I think - just want to make sure I'm not missing something.
Also, brb, extrapolating this progression out til the end of the year to make sure it will let me hit 1500 assuming no stalls.......
edit: This progression puts me at a working max of 1300 by August, which is when I plan to start bulking again. 1485 by the end of the year. I think for those last 4 months though I'll be able to switch to TM or something else with a slightly faster progression to squeeze out that extra 15 pounds.
Also, I predict that in August and then again in December it will be HILARIOUS to come back and read this post.Last edited by PeterGibbons316; 01-21-2012 at 10:24 PM.
