Time for some pics.
Here is one with a bit of a pump:
just kidding!
jokes on me.
To clarify, that's not me.
Time for some shtty pics. They're a bit older than I thought.
Here is one from a couple of months ago. Kind of a pre-bulk pic(no pump) or at least in the initial stages.
I've put on about 7lbs since this pic.
Here is an arm shot from 3-4 weeks ago.
I think I may have added just a bit more size in the meantime:

Good pic Tom. You've got great size and shape to your arms and forearms and you've got thick traps and you're also looking lean ~12-13%. With the increase in your lifting volume and the fact that the deadlifts and squats are back on the agenda I think you'll start to see more mass added as well. Good work coming back after your injuries!

Thanks, Andrew. Will be definitely working hard over the next few months to keep adding some mass.
I'm feeling relatively good so I hope I make some good progress in that area without getting fat.
The pics lose a bit of the detail, too. (probably the photographer's fault )
Although I think I may be more like 14%, maybe 14.4% BF.
lol @ pec roll.
That's a good point. When you're shredded, it always amplifies the mass.
You're looking juicy yourself.
Damn, I'm mirin.
(possibly homo)
fackin lol!
Back in Greece, those would be considered mildly hairy.
I don't want to scare you, but in that pic they were recently trimmed.
notsrs
But on a serious note, the biggest reason I never take leg pics is because those motherfukers are truly hairy. (and there is no way I'm shaving them)

February 24
Chest
Incline BB Press
160x12
160x10
160x7
150x8
140x11
Added 10lbs from last time which may have been a bit much, but only a difference of 1 rep on the first set.
But it happened again where by the 3rd set I was drained.
DB Flyes
35x14
35x14
37.5x13
Incline DB Press (higher incline)
57.5x13
57.5x12
57.5x10
50x11
Decline BB Press
115x8
115x8
Went nice and slow.
Didn't push it cuz my shoulder was starting to bark.
May start incorporating this more.
Push ups
13 reps
9 reps
Strength is rising, shoulder feels "ok". Not great, but hopefully the therapy will make some improvement.Architect, Marine Biologist, Importer-Exporter, Latex Manufacturing.

10lbs looked like the perfect bump for those incline BB presses Tom...... you still knocked out 29 reps over three sets and then went and added weight to the DB presses. It looks like you'll be good to go for repping 170 next week, provided that your shoulder still feels good. Do you feel that the shoulder is any 'better' since the ART? (I know it's early days but after the initial pain a lot of people say they feel great)

Thanks, Musid.
I hope I can keep bumping those numbers.
Yeah, it wasn't bad session.
I'm not sure about the shoulder to tell you the truth. I had a couple of days where it felt good and others where it felt as it did before.
Can't say a very noticeable difference yet. But I have another session tomorrow (sort of excited and afraid at the same time) so we'll see how I feel after the 2nd treatment.Architect, Marine Biologist, Importer-Exporter, Latex Manufacturing.

160 x 12 is good work on incline, Tom. Still dieting, too?

I have no idea actually. I just grabbed a random pic from a thread.
Thanks, man. I hope my shoulder and pec start feeling better and I can get dat strength up.
So far, so good.
I'm dieting alright. 3,300 calories the other day.

February 26
Back
Wide Grip BW Pull ups
10 reps
10 reps
8 reps
5 reps
w/ Resistance band x 10
Fack! I dunno what happened on that last set.
I think I will start doing pull ups twice a week. Or maybe alternate with chin ups or something.
I want to increase those numbers (getting better at pull ups is always something in the back of my mind. I suck at them.)
I'll probably start doing some weighted ones too.
BB Rows - Yates style
170(77kg)x12, 11, 10
150x13
Tight form, really squeezing the back.
DB Rows
105(47kg)x3x10
Light weight, baby.
notsrs
Seated Rows (thick strength band)
13 Reps
12 Reps
11 Reps
BB Shrugs
235x16
255(115kg)x14, 13
235x14
215x15
Traps activated.
Twas a good session. Things moving in the right direction.
My palms are really sore today. lol
Chiro session later today. It's gonna be painful again. Especially since i have some DOMS.

Alright, so maybe when I cut they'll increase.
Still won't get near 20.
And I wonder if the fat gripz will assist in anything else aside forearms.
According to them (the company) they make it seem as if using a thick bar will help with strength and hypertrophy in other areas (aside from the forearms).
I'll try them out and see how they feel.Architect, Marine Biologist, Importer-Exporter, Latex Manufacturing.

Good call.
I remember last time I cut they went up a bit.
Forgot to mention how the therapy went yesterday.
One word: Painful! More acupuncture with electric stimulation and then of course the active release therapy.
In some areas it was less painful than last time, but he raped my pec minor. I swear I almost started blacking out at some point.
I don't want to jinx anything, but today it feels pretty good. So in another day after this beating subsides, I'm curious to see how it will feel then if it already feels decent.Architect, Marine Biologist, Importer-Exporter, Latex Manufacturing.
