No 18-25 tear old would have the operational experience to keep their cool while raiding a compound containing bin laden. It would shake even the most cool headed youngster, these guys would have been the best of the best.

they do bodyweight type exercises like all service, but they also do a ton of work with heavy ass logs, rowing, and carrying their boats. SEALs are the ideal hybrid of athleticism and power.

Anyway as you age you still feel young. In my mind I'm still a kid, I just have to make adult decisions. None of which require me to kill anyone, thankfully.
I have an idea that these guys are twice as old mentally as physically.
