This is a great product. A nice 'clean' energy...long lasting focus in the gym. I went off it because of the creatine. I now take amin.O. Energy recommended to me by a poster on here, and I like it better, actually. No creatine, and still a nice clean energy, with good focus. But, jack3d is great, I always thought. Hope you find something that suits.

Jack3d is a product i live by.. start off with a smaller dose before you decide on taking 3 scoops.. also depending on how many other sources of caffeine you have it your life, it wont be as effective (but that obviously holds true with any caffeine based pre workout supp.) make sure to cycle off of it after your first container, your body will become immune to it. after a month or so you can cycle back on. But it works great for me, one product i truly love.

I take the same approach. I take a month off after I finish a container but at all other times I make sure it is part of my stack. This is a great product for many reasons - not just the pump that it produces. Take a look at what's in it - you wll see that the ingredient list is rather short. A big bonus in my opnion. The creatine in it is minimal, supplementing elsewhere as well wouldn't hurt. For the price I don't think you could get a better pump. If it's the jitters you are concerned about you can mix creatine with AAKG pre-workout and you essentially have the same thing. I personally like the stims and the beta alanine.
