    Skinny fat pear shaped man with huge thighs and ass

    I am 16 165-170 and 6" foot. I have been doing SS for the past 3 months and haven't seen any physical except for my ass getting tighter from squats to the point that girls in my school even remarked it(in a good way). I really just want to be evenly because I look HORRIBLE in clothes. Guys should I see a doctor or something ? Or keep doing my routine

    DEF keep doin SS! you dont look nearly as bad as you think you do!! you're on the right track...add about 5-10 more pounds on the program as written and by the end, you will be very happy that you did!
