Sup brahs. I'm looking to hit some hypertrophy coming off my last 5x5 cycle. I'm interested in adding some front squats to a HST routine.
Does anyone here have any good front squat tutorial videos?
I've got this one so far, but I'm looking for more.

I don't like that particular grip. I use the cross-over grip on front squats...the grip he's demonstrating always ****s up my shoulders since it is place the entire weight on the joint. I'd rather rest the bar directly on my shoulders than try and hold up a squat worthy weight like I am about to OHP it.

Day 4 of Smolov, I think I set my max too low. I combined 10 sets into 5 while getting the same reps. Thoughts?
Edit: how do ya'll make sure your feet are the same distance apart? I had a middle of set form crisis. Seems like my dominant leg does more work on a few reps, or i push more off that side. How to fix this?

Injured my back on Friday.
Was on the 5th rep of 405 and as I was coming out of the hole my lower back spasmed and that was that. Form was fine, I think I've just been pushing my lower back too hard and not giving it enough time to recover, plus I think heavy defecit stiff legged deads had a role to play so I'm removing the defecit when I am able to get back in the gym (it's not too bad, may a take a week or so to clear up).Bench: 572lbs (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9RrAfn0TfkY&feature=youtu.be)
