Honestly, that's what I call a cool story bro. Such a riveting tale, I honestly copy and pasted it to word, saved on my hard drive, backed it up on a jump drive, drove to the bank, put the jump drive in the safe deposit box, and will leave it there until my kids turn about 12 (when they can actually state their age, and ask what it is I'm showing them), when I will pick it up, put it in an old USB drive reader and relay this cool story to them and tell them, "kids, this is what a cool story should look and sound like...not like the stories your generation tells."

Idk why people decided to respond like d bags. Yes most Supps are a rip off. It's a good thing to learn about what Supps work and actually read the labels and see what their getting for the money. Look into buying Supps in bulk also. Creatine monohydrate is super cheap if your looking for a Creatine product
Goals for 2011:
-Recover fully from r injury and back in the gym 100%
- 220 lbs at 10% BF
"I want to get big fast man, In gym class im the smallest guy"

Me either. It's usually the people with all the "rep power" too.
OP - GNC is a waste of your time. Get in here and compare supplements sold by BB.com. Everything sold here is AT LEAST 50% cheaper than GNC and not as many garbage supps. Read labels like you're doing, that's a good start. The journey toward perfection is ALWAYS a path of successes AND failures.
NO REPS LEFT BEHIND!!!
