    results are great !! already my body looks much nicer than my starting pics and it has not been long !! i still have a way to goo i am too scared that progress pics will ruin my end results so do not expect any lol !!

    legs and cardio
    squats 3 warm 3 heavy
    lunges 1 warm 3 heavy
    leg press 1 warm 2 heavy
    leg curl - 1 warm 2 heavy

    hanging leg raises - 3 sets failure

    just curious brother...

    how many reps are you usually doing for your warm ups and the others? i know you say failure but on average what are you looking at? 15-20? how do you measure how much weight you use? low weight high reps or very high weight and minimal reps til failure?

    i use very heavy weight and fail withing 4-6 reps every time utter failure no bull !!

    Chest abs and cardio

    Flat Bench - 3 warm 3 failure
    incline dumbell flyes- 1 warm 2 failure
    decline bench- 1 warm 2 failure
    Cable crossovers 1 warm 2 failure

    HAs anyone else really have to admit betacene is by far their fav double t product ....? Mine is def i have not tried the new NO Beta yet soon im kind of low on funds lolol but betacene is giving me such amazing results its wild !!!

    My holiday was alright. Stayed by the wife's side for most of the day but I did have the opportunity to enjoy some grilled chicken, veggies and pineapples

    I must agree, BetaCene is the tastiest. My all time favorite has to be the orange GlutaCene though!

    well if nitromine will def be the thing i buy after NObeta it has to be really good stuff!!

    my cardio is getting better and better as well my weight is dropping nice and slow and im looking better every week so everyone watch out !!

    eating such low carbs is killing my strenght but for my first exercise im stronger than ever and that is because of my betacene it really helps recover man its really a top 3 supp for life !!!

    incline dumbell flyes- 1 wwarm 2 failure

    cardio 25 mins of interval treadmill cardio

    my chest is really starting to stand out as one of my best muscles and i am sore every day after chest but still this betacene is really a godsend because i used to be beat for days after now its just more of a mild pump pain which is not bad at all so i really am lovbing betacene if you are not trying it i highly reccomend itt !!!!! b( orange is by far the best flavor)

    TOday my chest was extra pumped wow what a great workout !! my cardio has been very consistent and im starting to reallyu increase my speed my weight is also down and i am appearing very lean already my diet has been almost perfect with few cheats but they are def helping me mroe than hurting me because my carbs are so low regular that those days are just good for refeeds and help my workout endurance so much for the day or 2 after so its all good !!
