I was bulking before winter, and was bigger than I am in the photos. Then, my kids and wife kept coming home with colds and viruses, and whatever else, and I was sick consistently for like 3 months. In fact, I just got over a sinus infection + some crazy stomach virus that I've only encountered since I've moved back home. When I got over the majority of it, I lost close to 60% of my strength.
Now I am setting some new personal records, but I seriously doubt I'll put on the size I wanted before I inevitably have to start cutting when I go to the academy.
Thought I'd post these pics. Took em today. Last time I posted here, I pulled my groin trying to dead lift 405lbs. Now, I lifted 415 up fairly easily. Far as motivation goes, I can't tell anymore on if I like more strength vs looking better naked.
