    You should perform a “dynamic” warm-up instead of jogging on a treadmill or peddling on a stationary bike.
    Do things such as bodyweight lunges or jumps- any movement in which you move your joints through a full range of motion, which will warm up your muscles and joints the best and awaken the nervous system in preparation of exercise.

    g'day sir and a fine workout. Why is your SOHP weaker than your seated press? Possibly because you don't have back support and SOHP requires more stabilizing muscles. Do you not work SOHP a lot?
