Is it your core that lags?
How long did this work out last? Seems pretty quick and intense.

g'day sir and a fine workout. Why is your SOHP weaker than your seated press? Possibly because you don't have back support and SOHP requires more stabilizing muscles. Do you not work SOHP a lot?
Workout looks great regardless, wow haven't listened to Noreaga in a long time.

thxs kid! nah did legs today,,,,,,,posting below
day 32 w/GAMMA-O

warm ups
You should perform a “dynamic” warm-up instead of jogging on a treadmill or peddling on a stationary bike.
Do things such as bodyweight lunges or jumps- any movement in which you move your joints through a full range of motion, which will warm up your muscles and joints the best and awaken the nervous system in preparation of exercise.
Eats
4 Protein Waffles + 1 egg white {avocado spread on all}
1/2 SYNTHA-6 bar
Supps
- PRE -
GAMMA-O 2 caps am/pm
Universal Storm: Grape ~ 1 scoop
TRUE-MASS vanilla shake ~ 2 scoops w/Orange OxiMega {CL} ~ 1 scoop
NOX: Green Apple ~ 2.5 scoops
- INTRA -
AMINOx: Green Apple ~ 2 scoops
- POST -
Universal Storm: Grape ~ 1 scoop
SYNTHA-6: CCB ~ 2 scoops
Tunes

Lifts
1. Squats
wu: bar squats + good mornings
1 x 5 w/135
1 x 5 w/185
1 x 5 w/225
1 x 5 w/275
1 x 5 w/280
1 x 3 w/290
PR weight +3 reps
^^^^^
then immediately drop set of 10/135
2. Wide Stance Leg Press
1 x 8 w/270
1 x 8 w/360
1 x 8 w/450
1 x 8 w/540
1 x 6 w/560
all down to lowest position/safety catch
3. Calf Raise on Leg Press
varied foot placement
2 x 20 w/360
4 x 20 w/320
wobble wobble...on to abs
4. Lying Leg Raisers
1 x 80
5. Lower Back Extension
holding 10lb plate behind head
1 x 20
penguin walk time..
Thoughts
Holy chit, had a great session. I woke up feeling tired, slow and thinking damn "one of those days huh?".
Complete opposite, very happy with today's training, and will probably feel it this weekend.
Tomorrow I plan to do upper back/chest/abs and some cardio.
till next time...

Matz out

LOL very true. I like what he said about the concern for not getting hamstrings in a squat, and his reply which was basically "When i squat I do them right"
