Well, this is my first post and I'd just like to say hello to everyone.
I'm currently losing all this fat off of me and still have a few more pounds to go.
Well, I mostly drink just water and occassionally a diet barq's here and there. But it's usually just a gallon or so of water per day.
So what are your favorite diet drinks? And is it ok to drink them? I've always wondered, even though it is 0cal is the carbonated water in the diet drinks a problem?

I make homemade lemonade with Splenda as the sweetener. Only calories are from the lemons. Good stuff!

yeh, i'm mainly just water but was mostly curious if the carbonated water in diet drinks is bad for you. I actually love water now, can't stand to not have a bottle with me at all times.

The best hot drink ever is peppermint tea with Equal. It's so sweet and so flavorful. As far as cold drinks go, Diet Vanilla Coke and Diet Cherry Coke are like crack to me.

im not a big fan of anything other than Water but in yalls Opinion what would be a Better Choice A Crystal Light or a Diet Vanillia Coke?
