Ok so I am about 3 months into a serious cut. Unfortunately I am a retard and didn't take any photos at the start of my cut. I'm really hard on myself and never think I'm doing as good as I should even if I am eating perfect ect. I just need to know if any of you guys can see a difference in these pics other than the color of my underwear.

I see a little bit, but I wouldn't get caught up in expecting major body changes every two weeks. Also, who gives a **** if I or anyone else on her validates your pics? Validate yourself guy. Keep it up and you'll demonstrate results to the only person that should matter to you, you. Good luck and keep it up.

Thats been probably the major problem in my up and down journey with bodybuilding and weight loss. I'm one of those people that no matter how good my progress is I don't see it or it wasn't enough. I've done a lot of things to help change this problem. Thanks for the kind words.

definately a difference. Look at the lower ends of the pec. Theresfat reductin there. (look at lower left pec fat storage and compare it , in the above pic you see more fat storage cos it comes out more). So yeah your on the right track man. Keep it up and jst take one day at a time one meal at a time. Fat will come off if your consistent.

Ransack a lady friend's sewing kit! Any old measuring tape will do you.. I know you can get them for a few bucks from Woolies - and they will make the world of difference in seeing where you're losing it from! You may lose an inch from your waist and not see it.. but once you've lost that inch via measurements you'll feel better about it!

This, honestly ... realize it's a life long journey, not a quick fix.
Realize you'll go up and down and vice-versa.
I've been at about the same weight for the past 3 months, but it's been a great journey maintaining.. still losing some fat, etc.
I was ~230lbs a few years ago, and my goals are getting closer. Be patient, it's not an over night thing for sure. Give 90 days for any real results! When I'm fat my pants don't fit, When I lose weight my pants don't fit.. maybe I should stop wearing pants?
Sept 1st/195lb - Last Weigh-In 175.5lbs
Goal June 1st/170lb - Under 15% bf

OP keep doing what ur doing! I wasnt as heavy as u but my build was close, i prob had less in chest, hard to say.
Im down around 90 lbs myself since oct09 and im still working on it. u will fall down and get up many times id like to add.
make sure u do ur best on ur diet, best u can, read and ask question when not sure. hit the weights and when u got some time throw a lil cardio in there. i pers hate cardio but do enjoy a bit and try to find ways to do fun stuff. biking, boxing, etc.
i rem looking at myself every day feeling a bit frustrated not seeing differences. luckily i had the scale but even my friendly scale started not working with me with it not nuturing me with weekly (lower) #s. not until then did i read around and learn i wont lose every week or heck maybe even every month. partly cause about a year ago i really stepped up my A game in the weight room and found a new friend in the weights.
scales jealous now but shes a cheating b!atch and can go to hell! i moved on to the mirror now and been pretty happy. u get the idea.
ur journey will also make this change from where one of ur biggest indicators of progression will move from being the scale to more of the mirror and measurements.Used to be fat, now just fat with a lot of muscle.
