Can I break open my fish oil capsules and drink it?

ahh yeah intelligent response...do you realise that some people literally choke on them as they have a narrow oeso****us?!!! So people like myself can't just suck it up and "learn" to swallow a pill as it will literally get stuck in my throat and cause great discomfort, retching and vomiting.

I feel your pain.. I used to be able to take all kinds of pills with only some mild discomfort until I literally choked on one at work. Ended up vomiting it up on the floor... That experience is enough to keep me from ever "trying" it again.

Grow up all of you. It's fish oil. It will taste of fish. Deal with it. All this tough macho body builder stuff and they can't even cope with a little bitty bit of fish oil. That's childish and weak.

Get the BB.com brand fish oil, it comes in lemon flavor.

That would be extremely gross if you did. The taste would be unbearable. However they do make liquid fish oil that is flavored so you can add it into your shakes and such or drink it straight up. Would advise a liquid oil,not just breaking open a cap. After the first time you do it, I don't think you would want to do it again.

pretty pricey, but taste like HEAVEN! Super high quality too, it tastes so good I wish a serving was half a cup so I could eat it like yogurt.

My little daughter just chews one (barleans with orange flavor in it I believe) I tried a bunch and chewed them to find one daughter could handle and barleans is good to go no aftertaste etc.

I've been doing it now, and since I'm not a little bitch the fishy taste isn't a big deal. Should be fine if you don't mind the fish taste! The body definitely absorbs it faster.
