Hola I'm really looking forward on continuing losing inches. This contest will definitely help me to stay on track. My goals are to lean out as much as I can in the next 18 weeks and to continue preparing for the Tough Mudder (May 28th!)....
This weekend I went mountain running near the location of the race...4 miles with 2 friends & 3 dogs.. I def need to run more hills and work on my speed...the elevation really got to me also..huffing and puffing after half mile was not cool...im really glad i bought an elevation training mask..just got it yesterday
here are my stats:
Chest: 37in
Waist: 27in
Hips: 38.25in
Thighs: 24in
Calfs :14.75in
Neck :12in

2) About.Com Intermediate half marathon Training (http://running.about.com/od/halfmara.../interhalf.htm)
I will be making slight adjustments with my weekend runs due to my hill training
So most of my cardio will be running first then crossfit home workouts (I have a cool xfit app on my phone), treadmill (walking with weighted vest), and for the days I dont feel like doing any cardio...i shall Dance and shake it at home or maybe at a nightclub
My Supplements
KetoCuts
CLA
L-Carnitine
L-Glutamine
Pyuvate
Flax Seed Oil
Multi- Vitamin
Whey Protein Isolate
---Dang this is alot..ok i will have to cut down on the supps...maybe stop taking pyuvate??

Good luck! I wish I had mountains to walk in! The treadmill scenery gets really boring!

Thanks Yea its long drive..that's reason #1 why I sleep in my car at lunch. my weeks can be very tiring sometimes..but this week week has been good...
lol I would flood the bathroom floor using the sink
I leave home by 5:15a (takes almost 2hrs to get to work in the am)and get back by 8:30-9p..very long days..its bed time by time I get home so I try to workout before I head home..traffic is alittle lighter the long I wait before getting back on the freeway
TodaY I haven't workout out yet..had a bad headache..now it gone but I'm debating if I should go to bed now and wake early and drive to west hollywood to run some hills b4 it gets too hot....or workout now , sleep in and no hills tomorrow..just a regular workout. no work tomorrow so I have options :^)

Thats a pretty nice view to have a for a morning run. Personally I have a love hate, (well more hate then love) relationship with cardio, but scenery like that could change my outlook.
