I am the last person to give out fashion advice; however, I can sympathize with finding something the actually fits your body type. I think the men's section has wife beaters that are really long, so maybe you could get a black one and it will just be a short dress....maybe? :-)

BRB, taking dude's iphone and repeatedly smashing it with a 45 until the 900 pieces of said crushed iphone are permanantly embedded in the gym flooring. Damn, doesn't matter if that weight was easy for you, you never know what could happen - injuries can happen mid-lift, sweaty hands slip, people mis-judge, sometimes crap just happens on a "light" set.
LOL! You guys are awesome, running around breaking down doors, I am proud.Current PRs:

Woke up feeling like a total badazz today. Lean and strong...can see my abs, obliques...life is good.
At work another trainer said, "Kim, you look tough today. Like one of those movie heroines where the guy thinks he's gonna kick her ass...but she kicks his ass."
Nice.
No training..I'm doing a bit of a deload this week. Will do 3 full body w/outs w/ decresed weight, and cardio most days."All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become." Buddha

@KimP...hey stranger! PT is going well. Getting lots of massage and stretching. The bigger trap is not hypertrophy..it's from muscle spasm according to PT. So I'm making progress mw/ the injury and managing to keep my training ok..."All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become." Buddha

4/18: Rest day/still deloading this week
Ho hum...not much to report. Feel kind of lazy deloading. Going to weigh in tomorrow...not sleeping well, super hungry and peeing like crazy. So hoping for a whoosh tomorrow I should be well under 150 by now. But I'm leaning out...hearing more and more often at gym/work that I'm, "getting bigger" which really means Im getting smaller, just more defined."All that we are is the result of what we have thought. haha! I'm not ever surprised by what peoploe are doing on the internet..
The human snail is an ab exercise done with a big ball. You roll over the ball until the ball is under your shins and your hands are under your shoulders, like you're starting a pushup. The you pull the ball towards your front and pike your butt up."All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become." Buddha

thinking we should come up with another name for the "human snail" exercise. Sounds very counter-intuitive....and slimy. :-)

4/12:
Big WHOOSH! this am. Bos is a happy girl, lol. Looking nice and lean, but not ripped, yet. As I lean out I am reminded that I really need to work on my legs/glutes. They have a great shape...but I need/want more size! Every day I am more convinced that I need to do a good long bulk after the summer.
Shoulders in 1 hr.
Random stuff: Got the black dress I posted a link to and it is HOT!! It is even too long for me with heels, so I'll have to get it shortened a bit. It's like it was made for a giantess..weird. Also, ordered 2 dresses from Victoria's Secret and got them, too. One of them I had to order by bra size. I thought, "That's weird.." but went ahead and got it. It came yesterday and my first thought was, "Dang this dress is heavy.." Well, the built in bra has like 5 lbs of padding, lol. There was literally NO ROOM for my boobs inside the bra!! So the black is the dress of choice for my reunion which is a mere 2 weeks away. Can't wait to go home!
Oh, on another note I found a pair of jeans that actually work for my legs!! They are the Victorias Secret "hipster bootcut". A nice amount of stretch through the quads, also smaller in the hips/glutes. And not too low cut, I think. And they have 3 lengths"All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become." Buddha

Congrats on the whoosh! I hope your whoosh brings on my whoosh. I will know on Monday. You are going to make a lot of the wives' jealous at this reunion, so be prepared. ;-)

Yes, there WILL be an epic bulk in the fall. I only have myself to blame for the lack of bulk in my legs...I've been dieting probably 11 of the past 15 mos. If I ever want to make progress I have to get off the diet train. And I'm beginning to worry that so much pressure on dieting is not a good thing for mind or body. It can lead to all kinds of issues, including serious body dysmorphia. Plus I haven't had a period in almost a year...yikes. Though...I can't believe Im saying this...that may also have to do with my age. I'll be 43 on Saturday. Double yikes!!!
BUT...on another note, I was talking to a woman I see at work every day about Fiesta events(big week in SA). She asked if I was going to any, and I said I was taking the kids to the art fair today. "You have kids?!" she asked, and her mouth literally dropped. I told her I had 3...and when she said I didn't look old enough I told her my age. She had guessed me to be 28.
Oh! Shoulders yesterday:
