3/17 (barely)
Trained with Mater today and went down to the river for dinner. After feeling like total crap yesterday(lightheaded, weak) I decided to end the keto last night. Didn't go crazy with dinner. Had a burger, a small number of sweet potato fries and 2 glasses of wine. I've been up all night b/c of indigestion....wtf? I calculated I maybe had 1800-1900 cals today even with dinner. So Im up at 2:34 waiting for the tums to kick in..
Training was upper body low volume. We did
Bent Over db Rows:
3 x 10 @ 75
WG Lat PD ss/ w/straight arm p/d:
WG: 3 x 10 @ 90, 100, 100
Straight Arm: 3 x 15 @ 30, 30, 40
Flat Bench DB Bench: 3 x 10 @ 45
Cable Flys:4 x 15 @ 20-40 lbs
Smith OH Press w/ throw:
3 x 12 @ 20, 40, 50 lbs added to smith
No abs b/c the whole workout I thought I was going to be sick...think I took the keto thing as far as I could go.
Anyway...we got some video footage and will get more tomorrow when we do legs....assuming I get any rest tonight and can even drag my azz to the gym tomorrrow..."All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become." Buddha

3/17:
Weighed in at 150 this morning. Wanted to be under 150...but it is what it is. I ve been at 150 for a few days, so I would have expected w hoosh today or tomorrow. Now that I'll put carbs back in not sure what will happen. Still, I feel confident going forward. I think Im looking lean. Lots of visable striations in shoulders/chest etc. Mater says I look like I did last August. I'll compare the pics from then, but I had a wicked tan then so that will throw things off.
Took some pics this morning, but I haven't looked at them yet; I have to head in to work soon."All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become." Buddha

I'm thinking your around the same BF% as last time before the show, plus muscle gain.
New program: cardio of choice 20min 3xweek heart rate not above 120bpm.
Going to gym, then I'll come back and get your diet layed out. Hope your tummy is better.
Don't freak about the weight gain you'll get when carbs are back, you'll be fine, you have 14weeks.

Ok killer, here is your diet outline
Breakfast 4egg whites 2 whole eggs (can be changed to meat) 1/8cup lowfat chedder cheese
snack: rotate a chobani yogurt with 1/2 peanutbutter sammich
Lunch:6oz turkey breast, 1/2cup brown rice
snack: protein shake 30g, 1/2 banana or 1cup fresh strawberries
Dinner:6oz lean meat (figured using 85%ground beef, so any fowl or fish will be less cals which is ok), 1sweet potatoe
Cals are roughly 1560 w/10g BCAAs figured in. 42%p28%f24%carb
This should keep you pretty satisfied
Tell me what you think.

Of coarse you can move meals around to works for you, as long as all that gets in during the day, the optimum time for the shake and fruit would be 1/2hr before workout, but not super important. Just 10gBCAAs during/after workout and
then wait about an hour after the workout to eat to max fatburning.
Of coarse 1gal water a day
Give me the rundown on the supps your taking now plz.
After comp, go into light cardio to keep edema off legs.

So here's my back pic from this morning. Exposure on the front pic was funky and I look orange so Ill try to fix it and post it later. Im happy with my state of leanness and I think my back looks killer.. To me it really looks wider and thicker. Zilla thinks I look like I did last year at 10 weeks out so maybe Im ahead of the game...or at least on the right track.
@KimP I have 5 inch heels, slides w/ no strap, has kind of a thin band of shiny stuff across the top of the foot but pretty plain. Im very comfortable in heels, but women who aren't usually choose the straps."All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become." Buddha

Morning peeps!
Today begins my official 14 week contest prep. This weekend I was kind of out with a stomach bug, and I ate whatever appealed to me. Last night was feeling better so got in a bunch of cals/carbs. Today I'll hit the gym, do a little training and get stuff ready for the kids...they come back from Spring Break tonight
Oh, also it's 7 weeks until I go home for my reunion...my short term goal to look bad azz for, lol"All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become." Buddha
