Weight looks right on the money, I'd say another 3lb to go, crazy what a little change of food does.
You said the sweet potatoe bothers your stomach, what carb source is good on your tummy? Looking for something for your carb up just before the show.

I been around. Just lost the desire to hit the gym after this last cut. Finally made it down to 225 (from 245) but it did a number on me. Prob. bc I restricted cals a bit too much. And I guess that I didn't want to come here JUST to chat if I wasn't working out (guilt).
Good for you. I'm sure that your clients are taking you VERY seriously given what kind of shape you're in right now.

10/21
Only had time for 30 min cardio this am. Just had a massage, so I think I'll skip the other 15 minutes today. I've done extra on other days, so it all evens out. Plus, Im stomach growling hungry so more cardio will just make it worse, I think.
Massage was good...in a good pain kind of way. Knots places I didn't even think it was possible to be knotted...

My number one client is my friend and doctor Louie, he is always blown away when I find knots int all kind of crazy places. Got him ready to do a marathon
last week, had massage every week leading up. This is after he had kidney cancer and 1/3 of it taken out in the spring. Guy is a genetic freak though, he could have been a pro BBer if he went that way, looks like he's juiced up but he's not--jelly

45 min incline trainer/bis
Did 4 bi exercise after cardio. It was kind of an expirement, I have been doing bis with back, and at the end, and my lifts have really gone down. And I think my bis are smaller, too...though it could be just fat. Anyway, I wanted to test my strength and it was better doing them on their own, and they got a nice pump and looked good. So I may take them out of my back day and give them their own time slot for the next few weeks.
Refeed tonight!! And Zilla told me to rest a couple of days, but if I have awesome energy tomorrow after the refeed I might do legs....
Hope everyone is having a great weekend!"All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become." Buddha

Whoa, nice progress pics! If I looked that jacked I'd be walking around in a bikini every chance I got... or a superhero costume.

Morning folks...
50 min fasted cardio this am on incline trainer. Not sure if Im lifting later...
Hey Zilla, I know I go up to 35 x 2 on cardio this week...but is it ok if I break the time into different increments? Like 50/20 which Ill do today? Just a time management issue...
Also, do I have any diet changes this week? Just drop the lunch apple or is that next week??
Thanks!"All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become." Buddha

Hmmm....it hadn't even occurred to me that I might stop losing weight...is that a possibility? I'll weigh in tomorrow; didn't want to weigh in right after my refeed...unlikely Id actually gain weight from that but seeing a higher weight might have messed w/my head a bit.
One thing that I am noticing is that Im bruising a lot. I'm taking a really good multi with plenty of Vit C, but Ive noticed in the past when I get very low on weight/cals I start to bruise a lot. Any suggestions??
Oh, and it wasn't peanut butter I wanted to change...I just wanted to add PB2 to my plain rice cake. PB2 is a defatted peanut powder that you mix with water and it makes a peanut butter like substance...but 1 tlbs has only 23 cals, no fat, 3 protein and 3 carbs...something like that. Keeps the pb cravings at bay.."All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become." Buddha

The body is in a fragile state and the fibrin that covers/fills in a wound and prevent capalary leaking is probably compramised because of the dieting. Could be some other things at play as well, never really heard of it before. Weaker bllod vessels and weaker skin can also result from your state.
Did these bruises show up after your man visited? Hmmmm, like fingerprints? Shelle gets that sometimes just hholding onto her.
April, if your not dieting really herdcore, I'm not sure why you are bruising, I hope everything turns out well for you.

I know bruising is a sign of Vit C deficiency..so Im going to up mine, even though my multi has plenty.
Not lifting today. I am beyond exhausted from legs yesterday...super sore and feel totally spent..and still have some cardio to do!!"All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become." Buddha

Haha! Little plastic statue, right?!
Not sure whats on tap for today. Did NOT wake for fasted cardio. Kind of a busy day, so it may be an evening session. Today the sleep was more important Yesterdays fatigue was close to unbearable, it really made life almost imossible...and I still have a life, lol. Thinking chest/tris today, too..."All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become." Buddha

10/25
Chest/cardio
Ive realized that in order to fit in the hour plus of cardio, Im going to have to break up my lifting days a bit more. I will need to do chest and back alone and add a day just to isolate arms and maybe extra ab work. There is simply not enough time in the day to do a long lifting session and the cardio...
Bench:
12 @ 45
3 x 10 @ 95lbs (losing strength here big time)
10 BW Dips
Incline DB BP:
12 @ 27.5
3 x 12 @ 30lbs
10 BW Dips
Incline Fly:
4 x 15 @ 20 lbs
10 BW Dips
Decline Bench:
12 @ 45lbs
3 x 12 @ 65 lbs
10 BW Dips
30 min cardio so far. Will finish off the rest after work tonight..."All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become." Buddha
