Thanks for checking in on me. Im not sure why I've gone so far into lurkdom, lol. But Im actually on the boards daily reading up on everyone.
Things are good...different. The new place is great, and everyone is settled in and happy. My training is fine, but nothing exciting. I just finished a round of Lyle McDonalds rapid fat Loss, the same diet I was on when you were here. I went a little overboard this winter...stress and a new dude combined I think. I think there's a "New Boyfriend 10lb" weight thing, lol. Anyway Im going to try and drop another 5-7 fat lbs and decide if I want to do a show this summer. Just going to drop to 1600 and keep up the cardio..nothing crazy.
My back is so so. Its been worse since the move, yesterday I threw it out opening the fridge Think Im just getting old and falling apart."All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become." Buddha
