Training maxes are (in kg):
OH Press: 37,5
Height: 183 cm or 6'0
Weight (as of 1-5-2010 morning): 72,3 kg or 159 lbs
The diet is probably a little lower on the kcal then it will be, didn't count the fats i cook with.
My first time doing a diet, EVER. Hope i can stick to it as I have to cook all the meals myself but i'll try my best.
-Stick to a diet for 8 weeks
First workout: tomorrow!
