I'm following Lee Hayward's program and one of the ab exercises is the weighted knee crunch. How do you do it? I suspect it's obvious. Fill me in on this one. Google search yields nothing.

Um, well some people bend their legs (hip and knee bend, usually around 90 degrees each if you have something to set your heels on) so maybe 'knee crunch' could mean that like crunching up to touch the knee, something like that? I assume weighted just means holding a plate or med ball while you do them.
