    I'm also 6'1" and my advice to you would be to bulk and not neglect triceps. Although even at my weight of around 200lbs I am not happy with my arms unflexed yet. But flexed they are starting to look ok!

    Everybody wants big arms and so many people spend 80% of their time working them. Arms tend to grow in proportion to the rest of the body. All the arm work in the world won't do anything for arms unless you add some overall mass.

    I'm sure you've noticed:
    Huge guys, huge arms
    Small guys, small arms

    Work on an overall mass program and include a good arm routine in there somewhere and you're good to go.

    PS: Arguing is a waste of time. Nobody wins an arguement. You won't change anyone's mind by doing this so spend your energy wisely.

    Stop doing multiple sets until your arms are dead. They do not need to be worked as hard as chest or back. When it comes to arms I get in and get out. Concentrate on movements that move the most weight....weighted dips, weighted pullups, bent over reverse grip rows, close grip bp. Save all the lil dumbel curls for making the bulk look pretty once you get the mass. And if it bleeds, eat it, chitloads of it...

    do more compounds and eat more. i do a push/pull split. i absolutely hate doing isolation exercises. out of 12 total upper body exercises, 3 are isolation, the rest are compound. yet, my arms are growing just fine.

    My arms didn't grow until I started eating in a caloric surplus. I gained very little fat by slow bulking. I would slow bulk rather than recomp and worry about the gut when you get more muscle on your frame. Just my opinion. = )

    Oh, and I agree with the others...triceps (love me some dips).
