Cool Help Me

ok right now i lift weights every monday wednesday and friday, next week im going to start training in mixed martial arts, on tuesdays and thursdays, if i lift on tuesdays and thursdays i will be lifting high reps low weights, on monday wednesday and fridays i lift low reps, high weights, this wont effect my size any will it? please help

The main thing is to give your muscles time (48+ hours) to repair themselves and grow. So, don't work the same muscle groups two days in a row, otherwise you risk Overtraining - minimal gains, or possibly size/strength loss.
