    Some advice

    Need some advice for losing weight and body fat. Right now I have a week back at the gym. Three days at the gym which is chest and back, biceps and triceps, and shoulders and legs. I did two runs and two hikes. Anything I should change for my workout. Am at 198 with around 25 to 30 body fat not to sure.

    If you're a noob, don't go for a split, go for a proper progressive beginners routine

    Am no noob lol I've worked out before. And I have somewhat of a diet at the moment. Just need some tips. I cut out all the drinks. Just water for now. I do have a habit of eating things with high carbs tho

    nothing wrong with high carbs if they fit within your cals and macros.

    Keto diet + some cardio (20 -30 mins) might work. If not lipo.
