Need some advice for losing weight and body fat. Right now I have a week back at the gym. Three days at the gym which is chest and back, biceps and triceps, and shoulders and legs. I did two runs and two hikes. Anything I should change for my workout. Am at 198 with around 25 to 30 body fat not to sure.
