I present to M.E.N. the chocolate omelette that I've been utilizing lately to satisfy my sweet cravings while getting in a ton of protein and not a lot of carbs.
Start off with 4 whole eggs in a bowl. In my case I threw in 1 scoop of chocolate Myofusion but I imagine any protein powder would work perfectly. Whisk everything up really, really well and place in a skillet on medium heat and cook as you would any other omelette.
Meanwhile I make some chocolate sludge using another 1/2 scoop of chocolate Myofusion and a tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter to top the omelette with. Just for a little extra kick I use strawberry cream cheese to spread over the concoction, drizzle with maple syrup, and throw on some diced grapes. Delicious.
Don't overcook the eggs, use a lid on the top of skillet so the top of the eggs cook as the bottom do. Stats for my omelette containing 4 eggs, 1.5 scoops of Myofusion, 1 tablespoon of JIF crunchy, and 1 mini container of strawberry cream cheese (this isn't containing the drizzle of maple syrup or 4 sliced grapes which should be minimal) are as follow: 685 calories, 35.5 grams of fat, 16 grams of carbs, 67 grams of protein. Perfect for someone looking to satisfy a sweet craving and looking for something high in protein and low in carbs.
