First page.
I just ate this.. about half way through preparing it, I had that "what the hell am I making" moment.
At first I just wanted a piece of cinnamon toast with a little Splenda for a sweet effect. So I threw ground cinnamon and Splenda on a piece of bread and toasted each side on a skillet. Then I realized I fit a Tbsp of PB&C's "White Chocolate Wonderful" peanut butter into my daily macros, so I threw it on there and added more cinnamon. Then I realized I had a sugar free chocolate pudding cup to eat also, and decided to spread it on the peanut butter. At that point I totally was like "Okay screw it, I'm subbing in 60 more calories for some whip cream". Of course, I added even more cinnamon to it.
It was actually surprisingly delicious despite how it may look in this pic, or the unusual ingredient lineup.Last edited by HunterCML; 04-29-2011 at 04:03 PM.

Reposting last nights post:
I got a new meat tenderizer and it is fantastic, it actually punctures the flesh unlike a normal hammer type. Makes my top round cuts really great. Also bacon cheese 6 egg omelet
cocoa oats with maple syrup, cadbury mini eggs, and reese's cups(I do have reese's eggs too but I had the regular ones to get rid of haha)
I can't stress enough how much everyone needs to try this. NEEDS
My first Anderson Valley. Such and Excellent Oatmeal stout, maybe even the best standard gravity oatmeal stout I have ever had.
Hands down the best Bastard out of the family(arrogant, oaked, and double are the others) It is a blend of all three with dry hopping. Smells so amazing, and so much flavor. I might be brewing an Arrogant Bastard clone soon, just because of this.

^VERY Impressed. Mix-ins are solid throughout - which i wasnt expecting at all. Caramel swirl is a strong flavour throughout and there are a ton of pralines in there too. Great flavour!

1st paaaaaaaaaaaaaaaage! WIN!
Not 'technically' eating now, but for first page enjoyment... first meal I ate when backpacking in Oz a few years ago (this in Sydney) - had to try something MUCH different than we had/have in the US so -
Kangaroo and Emu pizza w/some beers... VB if I remember correctly
And MEN - tonight's dinner - Chicken/turkey bacon/spinach/Irish Cheddar, snap peas, sweet potatoes w/some dipping sauces
Why not one more for page one...
Greek yogurt, ON chocolate cake batter, sf/ff cheesecake pudding mix, WF caramel and strawberry syrups, Vermont PB Green Mountain Goddess and Annie bunny cookies ... BOMB. Chocolate cake-y and the syrups hit the spot - first time trying the strawberry.

IIFYM with whole, mostly unprocessed foods and allowance for BALANCE in my life = win.

Pork Adobo with some Veggies and salad with vinaigrette
Apple & PB Crostata (I got my Dark Chocolate Dreams from Amazon last night... already ate half the bottle, lol)
I usually suck at baking, but I think this one turned out alright
Wish the dough/crust would have been a bit more flakier though.Last edited by dumbchicken; 04-29-2011 at 04:56 PM.
