Fried Fish w/ Homemade Satay Sauce - In hindsight I shouldve had this with rice, but the initial plan was to make a big sandwich, but there was far too much fish for that to be possible haha
Homemade Satay Sauce - So freaking happy with this... it worked perfectly!

My local grocery had these sitting on the end of an isle, and this is exactly the same kind Breugger's offers that I've been addicted to the past few weeks. Score. The Limited Edition stamp makes me want to go back and buy a few more 12 packs. Green Mountain Coffee Limited Edition Pumpkin Spice
The hot bar was closed that I usually go for at my local grocery but they had this sitting nearby and for $3.00 I snatched it up. a 10 ounce roast beef sandwich (8 ounces of which were deli meat), potato salad, pickle, and the best ranch known to man.

I usually marinate with about 1:2 ratio of soy sauce and mirin (or pineapple juice). Thin with water if it's too strong. I use thinly sliced ribeye from a Korean grocer. Add sesame oil and some combination of scallions, onions, garlic.
I line a cast iron pan with aluminum (makes cleanup easy) and cook on high heat until slightly charred. The ideal would be a table top grill but that's usually only feasible in restaurants. Don't do it on an outdoor grill unless you have really narrow grates. Sprinkle on toasted sesame seeds and eat with gochujang (Korean hot sauce) and rice/noodles/vegetables whatever... enjoy.Don't fear your food. Stay active, practice moderation, seek variety. Enjoy life.
