Didn't take pics this time, I ate it too fast. I tried my pancakes again, and did an even lighter, better protein ratio'd version. Came out great.
Recipe used:
- 60g Cottage Cheese
- 1 Scoop (39g) Vanilla Whey
- 20g Oats (grinded up a bit and soaked for 5 minutes in hot water)
- 1 Whole Egg
- 8g Jello Cheesecake Inst. Pud. Mix
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp cream of tatar (reasoning - idk - just added it in, it did well; probably not needed)
- Cinnamon/Splenda to taste
Calories: 375
Macros: Protein 41g/Carbs 31g/Fat 10g
^ Came out terrifically moist and fluffy (and delicious) considering the macro ratio's there. I don't think I'm going to beat it when it comes to a balance of macros/taste/texture. The batter there makes about 4-5 small pancakes, 2 large pancakes, or one really, really giant pancake.
The secret to having it done really well is... as soon as you can get your spatula under the pancake (it will look very "raw" on top) and think you can flip it comfortably - do it. Don't wait. It's pretty hard to "under cook" a pancake in my opinion (with the recipes I've been doing anyway).
If anyone tries it out, let me know how it goes. Or if anyone has any suggestions, I'd be more than open to hear it. I'm tryin' to learn some good eats here.IIFYM - not even once.

Chicken just went into the oven to crisp up the skin after a 3 hour smoke bath. Just say no to boneless skinless chicken breast. Unless you're doing chicken parm.

Hawaiian Pizza. I can't get enough of it. I used Pillsbury pizza dough and it comes out like a bread. I didn't mind it since it was only $2.00 for the entire dough and I can get a decent sized meal split with my girlfriend:
Family dinner, so I just ate what they had. Beef Tortellini, Spinach & Cheese Ravioli, Garlic Bread on Texas Toast, and Caesar Salad:

I'mma make these sometime!
WHole post is awesome!
Your pics NEVER dissapoint. Awesome stuff.
Too much to single out everything! The froyo + sprinkles I love though. Simplicity really is great. Such as a bowl of cereal with ONE type of cereal and milk Or ice cream and just m&m's. There is no masking of the flavours.
Aweeeesome.
We have a pizza stone...but it's never been usedc make much of a difference?
What's between the pancakes?
fuk. want!
So you're liking the gnocchi then
Impressive! Family dinner looks great.

pizza stone cooks the crust perfectly even and you get nice crisp bottom without turning all the dough hard, highly recommend using one. Ever been to CPK or Carrabbas? they use wood fired stone ovens
RealDeal, i was just at the store and saw the kashi waffles. You like them? also why are you bingeing?

Peanut flour banana bread. Made two batches of them. First batch was a little overcooked but in the end not bad; moist as hell. Second batch turned out much better.
