Freakin' florescent lighting in my office + cameraphone kills how delicious this looks IRL. Tastes phenomenal... and this is truly MEN. I have only eaten about half of it so far ;-)

[QUOTE=Matt1991;676375921] It's ok. One of the things I like about B&Js in general is that the fillings contrast the ice cream resulting in an interesting combination of flavors. Unfortunately marshmallow, vanilla, and white chocolate synergize a little too well and nothing really stands out, the vanilla dominates.

A few eats from today.
Spanish (kind of) frittata...onions, egg whites, egg, prawns, chicken, paprika, caynne pepper and red chilli's, crushed chillis and tobasco ( i went spice crazy)

had some dough left over so made another pizza..( red onions, spicy chorizo mozzarella, basil and parsley to top).. crust looks a bit like a flat bed on the first pic but was a lot better in life. I did actually make a spinach, egg and feta pizza for my dad but ripped the dough and messed it up beyond rescue...so he got stuck with a microwave meal, sorry dad)

My take on Cinco de Mayo
Mexican pizzas and adobo green beans
Pizzas - Picante/cream cheese base, adobo chicken, onion, mushroom, black beans topped with fiesta blend and GY/jalapenos/fresh tomato on an Arnold Flat x 2
Adobo Green Beans - Sauteed green beans with chilis/adobo sauce and onion
Mouth = FI-YAMS, OTC, NASM-CPT, CES, FNS
IIFYM with whole, mostly unprocessed foods and allowance for BALANCE in my life = win.
Work in Progress

steak on brew day, 2 lbs
oats, cocoa, and super ripe bananas. had to get rid of those bananas lol
turkey hill Choc PB, cadbury eggs, syrup. There was a ton of PB in this bowl
Was a great flavor, highly enjoyable though did not blow me away.
good saison. Would have again, it was real cheap, like 4 bucks
good double IPA. the flavors were not what I was hoping for.
an expensive haul for 4 bottles. Had to get the Cigar city/Bruery collab, even though it was $21
for anyone that cares about homebrewing, yesterdays brew day on film. I got a 2gb card for $10 so I could film in the highest quality my camera had, and have plenty of time to film

Blueberry Bowl
100g oats
120g blueberries
1 pint arctic zero vanilla
300g FFGY
50g blueberry muesli
8g sf vanilla jello
1 cup almond milk
this bowl was delicious and filling. I dont know why I dont use fruit more often. Tasted like a blueberry muffin exploded into some ice cream or something. So many pleasant textures.556/325/622 - 1504 total raw @ 193
