HGHup provided me with great quality sleep which greatly aided my recovery. It has been my experience that sleep is one of the most important recovery aids in the toolbox of weightlifters.

I also believe that, over the course of my log, HGHup helped enhance my body compisition because of the carnitine in the formula. Over eight weeks, I gained approximately eight pounds while losing almost two full percentage points in body fat composition (rough estimate).

So, while I cannot verify the claims that HGHup raises GH levels in human subjects, I can tell you that the sleep enhancement and recovery were great, and that it's the only real variable that helped my body composition so much. I did not change my routine or diet, and did VERY, VERY minimal cardio.

But it seems the pricing on Wheycheap has been acting odd recently; it was probably intitally the price for yesterday's deal of the day, which, IIRC was Higher Power Kre-Alkalyn for $15.95.

Sorry bout the stupid question guys, but is HGHup the same as a testo booster?

Cause I know at a younger age test boosters will do more harm that good... so am I a good age for HgHup?

HGHup has a ZMA-like complex. ZMA is sometimes purported to be a testosterone boosting agent in addition to a novel sleep-enhancing compound, but the evidence is not well supported and highly anecdotal.

HGHup literature does mention testosterone boosting, but that is not the main purpose of the product and at 19 I took it and experienced no short-term side effects, only excellent sleep and noticeable positive changes in body composition.

IMHO, it is safe for people my age and older to take, although some might refute the safety of L-Dopa because it is a compound involving the blood-brain barrier.
