He said his name was Craig Golias, said he was 6"5 and over 300 in the off season. was only like 24 or 25 and said he had been lifting for only 2 years LOL! I look like I never touched a weight in my life in this pic but hey it's worth the laughs. This was at the Hyatt in San Jose he was doing the San Jose npc the next day, Ronnie guest posed.

He is not 6'5. More like 6'2. I see him 3 times a week at my gym. I doubt he's 300 either. Cutler is at my gym every now and again as well and he makes this guy look small. Craig is big, probably 260-270, but I doubt he's 300. I think he has potential if he fixed his posing, built some legs, and trained A LOT harder.

He trains his upper body fairly hard, but I can't really tell you exactly what his workouts are cause I don't watch him enough, but I do know that he DOES NOT like to train legs. He trains them, but the only thing I've ever seen him do with any kind of intensity is the leg press. Not saying you can't build decent legs without squatting, but I don't think I can recall seeing him break a sweat on a leg day. He is taller so I know that it will be a challenge for him to fill his legs out, but he'll never get it done with his current training style. To answer your question I would say his volume is high, but his intensity is very low.
He's pretty big and I think he could do damage if he WANTED. He's not your average gym rat that's kinda big. He's big which tells me that he has potential since he doesn't really give it all he has.
I'm not bashing this guy at all. I think he really does have potential so if there's anyone reading this that works out at LVAC don't go crying to Craig that someones on here talking junk. I think he could earn a pro card.........if.......he........wanted it......1708 total @220 Raw
