Almost every company produces concentrate. I know my prices and quite aware of the rises too but the issue here is it was sold as a 'blend'. Kind of defeats the purpose selling a concentrate as a blend dont you think?
OP dont listen to Gaspari hyped up products. Research first and dont take the word of reps full stop as many company reps are great friends with certain companies behind the scenes.

I buy it when its cheap honestly. And it tastes good. I'm on a strict budget so a decent protein at a good price is always at the top of my list.
That last line was just not needed. I didn't come in here WKing Gaspari, I just merely said that a good concentrate is not cheap. Nothing more, nothing less.Krispy Kreme Krew Forever.

I'm a real person (I think...), here's my review of a number of blends:

It's hard to beat for the price, although I'd have no problem recommending any of the top 3 from my review (TruTein, UP 2.0), for varying reasons.

If I buy milk from the grocery store and get it home only to realize that the jug is expiring tomorrow...I sure as hell am not driving to punch a farmer in the face and tip his cow over.

Compared to Isopure almost anything tastes good! Even if I'm OK paying $40 for 5 lbs. of a cold-processed whey concentrate I honestly don't care for most of the flavors anymore. The only one I still think is good is Banana. XF makes much better flavors than Myo and they don't hide behind prop blends.

Does it really matter the ratio of different proteins? You're not going to notice a difference between 99% concentrate/1% isolate and viceversa. It's just protein. Technically it is a blend reguardless of ratios, so it's just dumb to say otherwise.
I used to think it mattered, but then realized that it was all marketing hype. There are more important things to worry about than what ratio of different protein sources in your shake.
Would I pick up MyoFusion at full price (~$40)? No, but when you can regularly find it for between $25-$30, I'll buy it everytime. You can find it for cheap, it tastes good, and is QUALITY.

Has anyone mentioned that it's a combination of proteins that focuses on a timeline and enhanced w/hydrowhey to start the process earlier? I thought the reason you drink Myofusion is for the 3hrs of an anabolic muscle building state tied in with an hour of anticatabolic levels of aminos in the bloodstream.
Whey concentrate starts later then Whey Isolate and they derive their casein from the milk protein to slow it down a bit. The egg protein is for the missing part not found in whey i.e. taurine as well as time release. The isolate starts the process earlier...hydrowhey (now) earlier then the isolate & the fatty acid blend is to slow down the anabolic peak...
It's all high quality protein. They use different forms for a timeline. If you want a pure whey isolate they have Intrapro for a reason. Only thing missing in Gaspari's portfolio is a Hydrowhey for a morning protein...Although the Intrapro is also ideal for an AM protein considering it's enhanced w/free form aminos...They also use fat to slow it down a bit...
An pure isolate is not an everytime of day protein. That's why we have blends.
