I did. lulz were had when my mom came constantly up with the "hurr all the chicken can't be healthy it will damage your kidneys" "you eat too imbalanced" etc.
Before i started lifting i had several allergies (pollen and grasses and stuff shyt was bad (srs)) and was ill every two or three months and now i was ill exactly one day (diarrhea) in the whole year and my mom tells me "this is because of your unhealthy lifestyle" lmao.
But my whole family i still stongly supporting me and when i elaborate my diet and stuff, they are convinced - at least for a while

Not only my body transformed, my whole life changed, not only since people were GJDM'ing me and they started to treat me with more respect and more friendly but mostly because of myself.
I finally wasn't afraid of walking down the streets anymore because people were looking at me and i didn't almost pass out when i had to speak in front of people. I got a little confident and also lost my wk'ing habbits. Got to second base with various girls, feelsgoodman, thought i would be a foreveralone kissless virgin *******.
Additionally reps to lifting itself, it really is true that healthy mind only exists with healthy body.
I feel alright now with who i am and how people see me, this was the best decision of my life and the greatest relief ever. I found out how to be happy to sum it up.

I wish I could have taken lifting more seriously when I was younger like you are now. We live in a very superficial world and don't let anyone tell you different. People are constantly judging you. Keep in mind it's only one part of the life equation. Personality and intellect are just as important.
