Had a cheap walmart/golds gym band a client bought for their home break while doing rows today.
What is a good heavy duty band you would recommend that's not going to break?

Yah, I know what you mean...some are so cheaply made.
I got a Heavy Braided Resistance Cord at Target, made by Reebok that I take with me when I travel for work.
Its heavy duty, so its made for a stronger client, but I like it myself.
I think it was$21 at Target or on-line you can probably get one. I'm not sure what bb.com has in their store either.

I haven't used these personally yet, but I heard they are very high quality. I will be purchasing a set for my bootcamps soon.

I've been using this one for over a year now and no issues. I also like how it is adjustable.Goals in writing are dreams with deadlines.
