Does anybody know the difference between the ROM/muscles targeted by standing neck harness lifts vs. seated neck harness lifts? I only do standing, but I've noticed some people that do only seated.
Also, whats the difference between standing reverse and lying on bench reverse neck lifts? I've seen people do both, but which is better?
