last ramadan i made a cut and lost lots of muscles and fats so i finished it by getting very weak,so i think the next one i will stop my normal split and take the first week as a rest week and go for rippetoes or any general 3 days a week routine for the rest of the month and try to eat like a warrior after the sunset

Personally I'd limit all forms of exercise or activity in general, the more calories you burn off, the more likely your body will take energy from muscle. Also consume high protein weight gain shakes in between meals at sunset, the more calories you can eat in the night, the less impact it will have on your muscle during the day.

I thought you could eat before sunrise?

Eat a big meal at 5AM, train in the morning, life sucks until sunset, then eat 3000 calories

yeh we can before sunrise and wouldnt that mean losing a few hours of sleep because sundown is going to be around 10 oclock or something then we have to go to a prayer at like 11 which takes a hour. I could just take a hour or two nap as I wont have studies anymore.

We can drink protein shakes but not whilst fasting, so a protein shake before sunrise and after sunset. I suppose slow releasing protein might be best to take?

I never train in Ramadan, because im lacking the energy to do it. I know alot of people that train just before sunset and then have something to eat straight after sunset.

IMO give your body a break in Ramadan, get all the food your body needs and the vits etc and let your body have a break for 1 month.

I know there is no way that i could personally physically train within Ramadan.

Ramadan is about spiritual training so maybe concentrate on that for a month.
