has anyone here actually had to use their liability insurance? just curious....I just paid for this years premium again...good thing its a writeoff.

Hopefully jumping in will get someone else to comment, but personally no. If something were to happen though, you gotta have it. You know that already. A negligence lawsuit would ruin most folks financially. They'd go after all your assets...if you have some.
I think just to go to court for an insurance company costs them like $15,000 to defend someone, but its worth the premium if it ever happens.AFAA Personal Fitness Trainer
