When you go out and drink, the next day, how do you feel? Do you pop more boners than normal (no homo)? more energy / sex drive? and how long do you usually sleep when drunk? do you wake up feeling tireder than normal?

Back in the day, I'd dead pretty regular but my conventional form resembled more of a stiff-leg (hence erector development). With my height and flexibility (fluctuates depending on how busy I am), maintaining position at the start of the pull gets annoying...so usually I'd do rack pulls (normal width and snatch grip), primarily as an upperback/trap tickler. Might deadlift today, haven't been to the gym in a while and gotta check my logs.

And yes, my waist has gotten wider from deadlifting.

My workouts, impeccable.
Workout frequency, so so.
Rest, poor.
Diet, could not be bothered.

I was rocking striated delts out the gate my boy, dem gainz is the problem.

Before I ever bother to go on a controlled diet with the intention of getting shredded, I'd want to get to 220lbs or so. But even still, getting leaner than I normally walk around at would probably only be an exercise in impressing you guys. IRL nobody would really care.

Depends. Been drinking since 14 so I don't accidentally get hangovers. I can have a superb time via the alcohol and wake up 99% next day. Or I can get lazy and wake up feeling so so but still good enough to workout etc. If I wake up feeling terrible I purposely went that route for whatever reason.

I have the highest sex drive on earth (srs). A lot of times, 1-2 min refractory periods, 5-6 rounds is the norm, 14x is my max so far. Dehydration was an issue I did not plan for during that stretch. No sex after 3 days and I'm losing my mind.

Drinking always messes up my sleeping, unless I was drinking easy. But usually I can only sleep for 4 hours after proper drinking. I usually wake up feeling fine, but experience the fatigue a couple hours later, unless I'm drinking again.

I don't usually do abs. inb4rage.

But when I do, it's usually basic. Ball Crunches, Olympic style leg raises , Turkish Getups maybe, Standing Rope Crunches, Planks. Basic things but yea I'd pick a couple that hits side, lower and the main 4 cheese graters.

I'm lucky in that every couple of months things happen to introduce more and more variables into my life. I'll let you know when I'm deadset on something. But working out etc I do just cause.
