    What Supplements should I take while cutting?

    I have some whey protein and some creatine what else should I use?
    and I been getting advice about testosterone boosters are they any good for cutting?

    cals in < cals out. You will lose weight regardless of the supplements you take.

    Some supplements that may help are fish oil, flax seed oil, whey protein (as a last resort...it's prob better to get your protein from food sources...plus, it's more enjoyable), a multivitamin, creatine (will cause you to retain more water but might be beneficial for muscle retention/gain). Other than that, losing weight is all about diet and staying in the gym.

    A friend told me when cutting or bulking just keep it simple. The basics are actually the MOST important things.

    1)Multi-vitamins
    2) Fish Oils
    3) Proteins
    4) Other Vitamins you might need ( I actually take Calcium once a day)

    Supplements like Protein shakes aren't that important, and it is not a total MUST to have. I take only 1-2 shakes per day; 2 if my fridge is almost empty of Protein rich foods (which is mostly pre work out).. Most days I just drink 1 shake and that is post work out.
