Hi, is it possible to make homemade weight gain shakes in advance on sunday by freezing them directly?
And let it thaw overnight?
I foresee issues with texture if you keep in oats for example, or protein powder going off.
But what about creating a liquid base of milk banana peanut butter and honey and freezing that? Adding in powders in the morning.
Anyone with experience?
Would save some time cleaning up a blender every morning.

You could... but how pressed for time are you that you cannot take the 2 minutes to blend it fresh?
