    My first client

    Hey folks,

Today I signed my first client and I'm feeling pretty happy with myself.

Anyone remember the first client they worked with? How was it?
I love lifting plates and bars.

    Great! Congratulations!

Find out what they need, deliver it and the reward is satisfaction for both you and the customer. Nervous at first, but once the workout began, you will see if its what they need or not, most likely.

i remember my first client because it was a close friend of mine and I did it for free. He played d1 baseball for college of Charleston and we worked on his hitting power and speed.
