I'm not training right now... injured (got hit by a car on my bike and had a concussion, should be better in a week).
Anyway..I can't lift or bike or really do any cardio.
I want to eat around maintenance... how much protein do I need if I'm not lifting?
Normally I go for MIN 1g per lb of lean body mass when I'm cutting... but I want to target maintenance since I'm trying to recover from my injuries.
you guys rock!

Sry to hear that. That sucks.
I not sure about your question but, I just had surgery on my eye socket after being kicked in the area. And I couldn't lift for about a month and I still took in about .8-1 g/lb. My doctor said i recovered wayyyy better and faster then what he expected. FWIW
Good luck with your recovery homie.
