    No Access to the Gym?

    Hey, I'm currently 6'2 168lb. Pretty skinny. Current workout is running on the treadmill for endurance and using dumbbells for bicep/tricep workouts because i can't get a car for another 6-8 months. Any advice for workouts at home? BTW, trying to Bulk.

    Hi bro, thanks for PM. will certainly be difficult for you to bulk without access to a gym but there are workouts you can do with just a pair of dumbbells. I would focus on things like press ups and other BW exercises for now, pull ups would b good if you had a bar.
