just wondering if i'm still capable of growing? i'm 20 years old and been lifting since 15 years of age. everyone in my family is pretty tall but i seem to be lacking an inch or two. (i'm 5'9) my mom keeps telling me that i stunted my growth b/c of weightlifting (read online that its not true but its still a possibility) would i have any benefits from using HGH? i had a short friend that used them and he got tall ass **** but looks as if someone stretched him vertically.

Yea height is not as important as the misc makes it out. 5'9 is good, be happy with that. There are guys who are 5'6 and shorterOriginally Posted by Achiral

You didn't stunt your growth by lifting weights.
If anything, lifting weights can increase your growth. Especially if you are doing squats, which cause the body to release more HGH naturally.
The MOST important thing for growth is sleep. Your body releases the largest amounts of HGH during sleep. Then its genetics.
HGH is mad expensive. You'll pay between 1-3k depending on how good it is and who you get it from. You might be able to still grow some though.

some kid i know took hgh, he was like 5"5 before and skinny as phuk, now hes around 5"10-5"11, and even skinnier as fuk lol

Your friends have different genetics than you. I started lifting at 14 yrs and was 5'7...am over 6' now. My dad is 6'5 tho so maybe it did get stunted. Its still possible for you to grow, but yea, a doc will let you know if you're done for sure.Originally Posted by misha2dope

When I go to work, no-one cares about height. When I walk down the street, I don't look at everybody and think "lol taller or lol smaller". Only on this board does it really get brought up. It's because their are a lot of insecure miscers who when they see someone has a better body/is better looking act like their height makes up for it. Unless you are like -5'4 then or +6'4
