Hey guys, i weigh 182lbs and was wondering about how many grams of carbs and protein should i be eating a day to gain lean muscle? I've been eating about 400 grams of carbs and approx 220 grams of protein a day these past few weeks and im gaining weight but not very stronger..Any advice?

First off, read the sticky on top regarding nutrition. 400g carbs seems a little excessive, however (of course, depends on your activity level).
Second, you aren't going to have huge noticeable gains from week to week unless you are just starting off having never lifted before or after taking an extended amount of time off. Be patient.
