    Help me with my DIET

    Hi people. Im new to this as of today.

    Basically Ive always had and average style body, and have been leen/defined without any really gym workout.

    I played alot of football which i think helped, however ive never really had a, shall we say, routined diet.

    I generally eat whatever i want and i cant seem o put any weight on, if anything ive lost weight over the past year. (been to docs and its not due to anything medical.)

    Im about to start traing at the end of may with a very good friend of mine and im looking to put on at least a stone and a half and turn that into a good shaped physique. im looking for the "beach body" style look as opposed to the "massive" look as that would suit me at all.

    Id be really greatfull for any help, advice, tips or whatever into what i should eat on a daily basis to help me put on size.

    You know what annoys me. Over 50% of the threads that are created in this section are linked to this thread.

    Yet, if anyone can simply use that thread this section will be much cleaner.

    (P.S. I'm not annoyed at people linking to that thread. I am annoyed at people who create a thread without reading the sticky first)
